The Simple Pre-Breakfast Recharge, Stress, and Real Weight Loss, What is The Link?

The day is only going to get busier when you’re out of bed. We face stress many times during the day. Small of big, any stress type can cause you to gain weight and slowly destroy your health.

Therefore, me and you will need to fill up our bodies with stress prevention power.

One of the best time to get this charge is before breakfast.

So, what is relationship between the simple Japanese pre-breakfast recharge, stress, and losing weight?

First, if you have read my previous posts, you know that if you have ever been on a diet and have done exercises but they didn’t lose you much weight, then 90% of the time it’s from stress.

Even if you didn’t do any of that and you are gaining weight, then life challenges these days are tougher than ever and can cause huge weight gain and also can cause terrible stress to the calmest person on earth, especially during this pandemic.

In other words, stress is here to stay. If you remember, I mentioned in a previous article that we can lower stress by preventing its causes which can work, but not enough.

The best we should be doing is to setup protection against stress every day.

That might sound tough to do daily. Thankfully, one way I use and a lot of people use to do that is this ancient Japanese recharge that only takes seconds.

This can make us lose weight.

BUT HOW??? What is the actual link between these three different things (Stress, the pre-breakfast recharge, and weight loss)?

Here it is. When you are stressed out, your body tends to release many hormones. Those affect many body organs, including, heart, liver, cells, bloodstream….etc.

As a result of stress, your body focuses on necessary functions that are important to keep you alive. This reduces the function of digestion and reproduction systems, leaving cells to get extra weight/fat they don’t need from the bloodstream.

Also because of this, your metabolism gets lowered because your body deals with it as a secondary process or not not necessary for immediate survival.

The more stress we get over days, the higher the impact of these hormones.

So, when you get like this recharge mentioned earlier, you are not only protecting your body from stress effects during the day, but also you are taking the benefits of not having stress like improved metabolism, not gaining new weight, burning existed fat in cells, and so on.

One of the important things to note here is that this also GAINS YOU NEW ENERGY and refreshes it daily.

Of course this happens every day you do the recharge. After a few months, you will experience much bigger positive impacts on your body health, metabolism, and digestion.

Because this has a long-term effect. Meaning, the longer you stick with it, the better health your body has.

And that’s, my friends, the link between these three things.

Just to let you know, with some help of experts, I have tried my best to make this easy to understand for you. Because the terms I went through made me crazy and took a lot of time to first understand and then explain it to you.

You can notice that I didn’t mention any of these terms here, instead, I used something much easier to understand like “Stress makes our body focuses on necessary functions that are important to keep you alive”.
